I was asked to give some advice about the lessons I’ve learned from building HorseRecords.
In short – go for small gains every day and don’t build your business relying on windfall gains.
The small gains and the work you do every day is what you can control. Windfall gains are good but you can’t control them.
And don’t ignore windfall gains when they occur of course – but don’t make them your plan for success.
